Overview

The Harvard University Division of Education offers open-enrollment courses, professional development seminars, and degrees and certificates.

Students can take a course, pursue a certificate, or apply to a graduate degree program in biotechnology, biotechnology management, biology, bioinformatics, bioengineering and nanotechnology, software engineering, management, or sustainability.

The Extension and Summer Schools offer more than 700 online and on-campus courses, including biotechnology, bioinformatics, nanotechnology, bioengineering, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, computer science, engineering sciences, environmental studies, history of science, natural sciences, physics, statistics, and administration and management.

With competitive tuition, flexible course options, and instructors from Harvard and Greater Boston communities, the Division of Education brings scholarly expertise and real-world experience to the classroom.
