About Stephanie

Stephanie serves as the Manager of Operations where she leads the back of the house and operations for the facility and the MassBio Hub. She proudly supervises and supports the MassBioHub team and our Office Manager. Ms. Haskell is responsible for implementing the right processes and practices to maintain and increase the efficiency of the company with daily operational support for process-specific operations, she implements resource planning to optimize the use of the facility space, equipment, and materials, and works closely with the COO and EA for the CEO on other special planning and departmental projects. 

She joined MassBio in February of 2023. Stephanie came to us with over 10 years of experience in higher education student affairs work where she specialized in event planning, student orientation, student leadership, and overall customer support.  She most recently served as Coordinator of Student Activities at Northern Essex Community College, one of the 15 community colleges here in MA.     

Stephanie received a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Nichols College in Dudley, MA, and an M.S. in College Student Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.    

In her free time, you can find Stephanie shopping, creating personalized gifts & décor, and making memories with those who call her auntie.
