The Drug Development Boot Camp® provides intensive, total immersion training in drug development to experienced R&D professionals, who want to take their understanding of drug development to a much higher level. Participants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The 2024 training will be the fourteenth time it is held. We are proud to say that it was held in Boston at the Harvard Club for nine years.

MassBio members will receive a 50 USD discount off each registration. Additional discounts are available for teams of ten or more participants. For a team of participants from the same organization, twelve participants will be trained for the price of ten. For small biotech companies of less than 500 employees, if five participants are registered, the sixth person will be registered free of charge.

In recognition of the value of the training, participants have come from many States in the US, and from many countries, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Israel, India, Sweden, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Participants have come from large pharma, biotech, academia (including Harvard University, Cornell University, Brown University) and the NIH/NCI. Typical titles are C level executives, Sr/VPs, Directors, Heads of Functions, Sr. Scientists/Scientists, Managers, and Venture Capitalists. All functions in the research, drug discovery and drug development process will benefit. Participants must complete a carefully designed Pre-Boot Camp preparation process, so that they will be ready for the intensive total immersion training on-site.
