The course addresses some of the common questions around risks of investing, types of investment securities, and differences between private and public markets. John Tagliamonte and Atul Deshpande, CEO’s of biotech startups, respectively, will lead the course with invited guest lecturers from venture capital, private equity, investment banks, and pharmaceutical companies.
