About Caroline

As Senior Director of Innovation at MassBio, Caroline works to strengthen the biotech ecosystem through early-stage business acceleration and precision partnering opportunities.

Prior to joining MassBio in 2021, Caroline was the Director of Global Marketing for MassChallenge where she oversaw portfolio development for the network of startup accelerators. Caroline previously worked as a program analyst at USAID’s innovation hub, supporting the growth of emerging entrepreneurial ecosystems and identifying new approaches to global challenges. Caroline graduated from Boston College with a degree in history and political science.
