Membership Application Policy
Membership applications are generally reviewed within 2 business days of submission. Upon review, a member of the MassBio team will be in touch. MassBio reserves the right to cancel or not accept membership. Events Refund Policy
A registrant may request a full refund in writing minus a two percent service fee, up to 15 business days before the start of the event. If the event is within 15 business days, registrants are not eligible for a refund, but are able to transfer their registration to another person at the same company. Premier Conference Refund Policy
MassBio Premier Conferences may have specific refund and cancellation policies. Please visit the specific event registration page for details. If you have any questions about event refunds or payment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Events Cancellation Policy
MassBio reserves the right to cancel events for any reason, in which case registrations will be offered a full refund. Refunds will be made to the person or entity that paid for the event. If for some reason an event is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. MassBio accepts payments in United States dollars only (USD), by check, money order, ACH, or credit cards. If paying by credit card, please use our secure website form hosted by Stripe.com for membership and event purchases.
