About Nikki

As the Manager of Innovation Portfolio, Nikki oversees MassBio’s acceleration program, MassBioDrive (launched in 2022), which stands on the shoulders of MassBio’s early-stage program, MassCONNECT (until 2021). Nikki further serves to strengthen the life sciences innovation ecosystem through evolving the needs of the early-stage innovation community and provides relationship-building opportunities with thought leaders, key stakeholders, and constituents of throughout all parts of the Massachusetts life sciences ecosystem and beyond.

While working as a full-time employee, Nikki completed her Master of Health Administration degree (MHA) from Boston College in May 2023, and earned a BA in Business Communication, Business Management, and Health Studies from Fairfield University in 2019. Nikki currently resides in Cambridge, MA and continues to boast her rooted pride in New York sports teams.
