About Amy

Amy joined MassBio in January 2023. As the Executive Assistant to Kendalle Burlin O’Connell, MassBio’s CEO & President, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining the organization’s operational rhythm. Amy’s proactive and structured approach resembles that of an air traffic controller, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling. She adeptly connects people and projects, functioning as a skilled project manager. Her commitment to the #patient-driven philosophy is unwavering, and she wholeheartedly supports the senior leaders leading the way in the industry.

Amy came to us with over 20 years of experience in market research, where she specialized in using online communities to gather human truths that guided her clients’ business decisions. She is the daughter of a breast cancer survivor and thanks Massachusetts hospitals, nurses, and oncologists for saving her mom’s life. Amy lives in Beverly Farms with her husband and two daughters (aged 7 and 4). In her free time, you can find her having a dance party with her kids, boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, or camping in her RV.
