BOSTON – July 31, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP added Christine Chen to its Boston office as an associate in the firm’s Banking & Finance Practice.
Chen focuses her practice on representing private credit providers, including business development companies, private debt funds, specialty finance companies, and sovereign wealth funds, in a wide range of leveraged loan transactions across the capital structure spectrum. She has experience with private credit transactions, including first-in/last-out financings, unitranche financings, secured and unsecured mezzanine financings, second lien loans, asset-based financings, and other deal structures regarding acquisition financings, refinancings, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, restructurings, forbearances, cross-border financings, and debtor-in-possession financings.
Chen obtained her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Brandeis University. She speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin).
